Day Of Eating

I‘m often asked “What do you eat in a day?”, so I thought I’d give an example of a pretty typical day.


Breakfast:

2 eggs

Ezekiel bread

1 tbsp almond butter

Coffee w/ tbsp of Hershey’s syrup & couple ounces of milk (yes, I weigh everything🤷🏻‍♀️)


Lunch:

4oz salmon

Asparagus (with couple slices of bacon)

Sweet potato


Dinner:

1 serving Shrimp boil (shrimp, fingerling potatoes, corn, sausage)


Snack:

3 Kodiak protein pancakes

25g chocolate chips

4g peanut butter powder
