WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR GENERAL AND PERSONALIZED PLANS?
General plans do not take into account any personal goals or limitations. They are geared towards those who are currently exercising and are looking for a general plan crafted by a professional. Personalized plans are created only after a questionnaire and assessment have been done. This allows me to create a plan suited to your individual goals.
WHY IS CALORIE CALCULATION IMPORTANT?
Ever heard the phrase "abs are made in the kitchen"? Too often people are exercising and not meeting their goals due to eating too little or too much. Calculating your calories allows you to see what your daily food "bank budget".
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Ideally we'd all like to have our homes stocked with all the latest gym equipment, but for many of us with limited space and budget, we need to know what equipment is the most bang for the buck. I recommend kettlebells, resistance bands, stability ball, and, at least, a bench. Those few items will allow for a wide range of exercises.
