Just a brief reminder that if you don't want to workout or track your food during the holidays, you don't have to. On the flip side, if you do want to workout and manage your food, do it and don't let any jagoffs make you feel like crap for doing it. Don't stress yourself out on either decision you decide to make this week. Workout if you want. Eat cookies if you want. Relax.
